# Revenue Sharing & Payouts

> How marketplace earnings split and settle, and how to track them.

Hyperwisor charges a single, flat fee on **every payment activity on the
platform** — marketplace sales, payment-widget charges, and any other paid
transaction. There are no per-channel rates to learn.

## The fee model

A flat **3%** is deducted from each payment:

| Component       | Rate    | Goes to                |
| --------------- | ------- | ---------------------- |
| Payment gateway | 2%      | The payment processor  |
| Platform fee    | 1%      | Hyperwisor             |
| **Total fee**   | **3%**  | —                      |
| **You receive** | **97%** | The seller / recipient |

The 2% payment-gateway portion is the processor's own charge; the platform's
actual cut is just **1%**. The same 3% applies uniformly to every type of payment
on the platform.

<Note>
  For marketplace orders, the fee applies to the **digital** (template) amount.
  Hardware and shipping you charge are collected on your behalf and paid out to
  you in full — you ship the hardware and keep that revenue.
</Note>

Each sale records a revenue entry with the gross amount, the fee breakdown, your
net (97%), and a settlement status.

## Tracking revenue by license type

The seller dashboard's **Overview** tab breaks your earnings down by
[license type](/monetization/licensing), so you can see how much comes from
high-value manufacturer and reseller licenses versus personal and commercial
ones — alongside KPIs for paid revenue, paid orders, total clones, and average
order value.

## Payouts

New revenue is recorded with a **pending** settlement status and settles per the
platform's payout schedule.

<Note>
  Exact payout timing and any applicable taxes/fees follow the platform's current
  payout policy. Check the manufacturer dashboard's Revenue section for your live
  balance and settlement status.
