The Schedules tab automates your devices by time — run an action at a set time, on the days you choose, without being there.

What you can schedule

  • Send a command to a device at a specific time
  • Repeat on chosen days (daily, weekdays, a custom set)
  • Apply threshold updates on a schedule

Examples

  • Turn the porch light on at sunset, off at midnight
  • Run the irrigation pump every morning at 6:00
  • Raise a thermostat setpoint on weekday mornings
Each schedule shows its name and status; you can add, edit, and remove schedules from this tab.
Schedules vs. Rules: use Rules for conditional automation (“if a value crosses a threshold”), and Schedules for time-based automation (“at 6:00 every day”).
